Hedy Brands is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for promoting our products through innovative marketing strategies, content creation, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate has a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote travel destinations, packages, and services.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Create engaging content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, etc.).
Coordinate influencer partnerships and media outreach.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Maintain relationships with travel agencies, tourism boards, and other partners.
Assist in the planning and promotion of events, trade shows, and fam trips.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SEO and content marketing.
Knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: $18.80 - $20.63 per hour
