About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. You'll leverage creativity and analytics to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. Your expertise will span multiple digital marketing channels, with a strong focus on paid search, PPC, social media, and quote aggregators.

The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, adaptable, and constantly evolving with industry trends and emerging technologies to maximize measurable and scalable growth.

What You'll Do

Manage growth marketing channels such as Google Ads, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, and Quote Aggregators across multiple business lines.

Monitor and analyze performance, providing clear recommendations for optimization.

Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, translating data into actionable insights.

Scale quote volume while maintaining key metrics, including Cost Per Bind (CPB), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Lead Quality.

Enhance the customer journey by improving user experiences across all touchpoints to boost engagement and conversions.

Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and test hypotheses to improve growth, unit economics, and profitability.

Collaborate with analytics teams to create monitoring and insights reports using tools like Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns in-house or through an agency, with a proven ability to influence business outcomes.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Google Ads, and Excel.

Experience with Tableau, Python, and web analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

Deep understanding of direct response marketing, including best practices, testing, and optimization.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Atlassian, Asana).

Knowledge of data privacy and governance policies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

A team-oriented, positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in the auto insurance industry.

Agency or corporate marketing experience.

Advanced expertise in Paid Search & Social (certifications not required).

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (Final offer depends on skills, experience, and internal equity.)
