The Local Marketing & Partnerships Manager will be joining a fast-growing business – recognized three years in a row by Inc. Magazine as one of America’s fastest growing companies. This is a hybrid position: three days in the office, two days remote.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced marketer for our high-energy Local Marketing & Partnerships Manager role to drive lead generation through local efforts for a portfolio of home services brands. You will work directly with our Sr. Marketing Director and be supported by the entire marketing team to achieve success.

The Local Marketing Manager will help generate 5-star reviews, referrals, awards, and local content to make the portfolio brands stand out in their markets. You will collaborate with other departments to brainstorm fresh marketing ideas.

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000

Duties/Requirements

Manage marketing budgets for the local brands in your portfolio
Be responsible for the lead-generation goals of each local brand
Capture 5-star reviews for the local businesses
Build referrals through various campaigns that you help create and manage
Apply for and win awards for the local portfolio brands
Work with local brand leadership to meet their marketing needs
Manage marketing and sales collateral
Daily reporting of leads and appointments
Manage and support online reputation, customer reviews, and online company profile listings
Manage shows and events in your portfolio company’s service areas
Create content and ideas for online expansion of the local brands
Create and manage email campaigns

Work Experience / Qualifications

2+ years of marketing experience preferred
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
Social media experience, especially with Facebook and LinkedIn
SEO experience is a plus
Graphic design skills are a plus
