Program Coordinator- Digital Strategies

Position Description

The Digital Strategies Program Coordinator (DSPC) supports the

Digital Project Manager by performing administrative duties related

to the planning, directing and coordination of the TTUHSC website.

The DSPC also works closely with the Marketing Program Manager to

execute projects in collaboration with the Marketing team, Digital

Strategy team, Communications and Marketing team and fulfill

website project requests.

Major/Essential Functions

Assists with digital and marketing projects and events as

assigned.

Provides administrative support for the digital strategy and

marketing team members.

Serves as meeting scribe. Duties include, but are not limited

to, recording meeting notes, distributing minutes and entering

updates in project management platforms, including, but not limited

to, Asana and Basecamp.

Provides regular website updates using a Content Management

System (CMS) and ensures accuracy of information and data across

websites and pages.

Effectively communicates status updates and priorities while

meeting deadlines.

Develops and executes designs and content that align with and

elevate the TTUHSC brand.

Coordinates content gathering, editing and publishing between

TTUHSC, the digital and marketing teams to ensure content is

updated in a timely manner and published according to best

practices.

Leverages analytics to identify and implement experience and

design best practices, inform ongoing web development and monitor

website activity to achieve performance and marketing objectives.

Prepares website and email data reports as requested.

Communicates effectively on behalf of the Office of

Communications and Marketing.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Two years of experience in web development, analytical

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the

individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring

department, as well as the institutional pay plan. For additional
