Based in New Hyde Park, New York, we’re seeking a results-driven, tech-savvy Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to help take our brand to the next level.

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced, strategic, and data-driven digital marketer who is equally confident executing performance marketing campaigns and customizing/maintaining Shopify websites. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, analytics, and e-commerce, plus hands-on experience building and optimizing Shopify stores.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
Drive traffic and growth through SEO and SEM using tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Bing, and Reddit Ads
Oversee e-commerce marketing campaigns with an emphasis on conversion optimization and customer retention

Shopify Website Management & Customization

Customize, update, and maintain our Shopify website, including theme edits, app integrations, and performance improvements
Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance site functionality, UX/UI, and customer journey flows
Troubleshoot bugs, implement product updates, and ensure the site is always optimized and functioning smoothly
Use tools like Shopify Liquid, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript to implement front-end changes when needed

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Track and analyze KPIs using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel-based dashboards
Deliver data-driven insights and regular reports to inform strategic decisions and creative direction

Content & Email Marketing

Create and manage content aligned with brand voice
Lead targeted email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms

Social Media Management

Manage and grow our organic and paid presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Engage audiences, monitor trends, and contribute to brand storytelling

Project & Team Management

Lead digital projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, merchandising, and sales

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in fashion, beauty, or retail
Hands-on experience building, customizing, and maintaining Shopify websites (Shopify Liquid knowledge a plus)
Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI
Proficient in:
Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, Bing Ads, AdRoll
Shopify and related apps
Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Marketo
HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, Photoshop
Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights clearly
Excellent communication and copywriting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in luxury, fashion, or accessories e-commerce
Background in influencer marketing, affiliate campaigns, or viral content creation
Experience with CRM systems, customer segmentation, and B2B strategies
Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
