Position Overview

The Director of Analytics will lead our marketing analytics function and elevate our data-driven decision-making capabilities. This role is instrumental in shaping how we measure marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness. You will lead a team of marketing data analysts focused on large-scale data analysis and work cross-functionally with digital, brand, finance, and product teams. Your role will involve driving strategic direction, building advanced models, and influencing senior leadership with data-backed recommendations to drive growth, customer acquisition, and retention. Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.), requiredMaster’s degree or PhD preferred, but not required8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with 3+ years in a leadership role, requiredProven track record in marketing analytics, preferably in a retail or consumer-facing environmentStrong foundation in statistical analysis and experimental designExpertise in SQL, Python, and/or R; familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)Expertise working with large-scale datasets and modern data stacks (e.g. Snowflake, AWS, Databricks)Experience working in a high growth, consumer facing retail business preferred, but not requiredLocation Requirement:

This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.
