Position Overview Coldwell Banker Realty is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-drivenField Marketing Directorto lead a team and marketing efforts across key regions including Arizona, Austin, Chicago, Colorado, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Minnesota, Ohio, Pittsburgh, St. Louis, and Utah. The role supports agent recruitment, retention, and local marketing initiatives, requiring travel within these markets. The ideal candidate resides in one of these regions.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute local marketing plans, including advertising and tactical initiatives, with regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Maintain a strong local presence by collaborating with senior leaders and supporting agent marketing needs.

Lead and develop regional marketing managers to support local strategies.

Promote marketing initiatives in the field and assist agents with marketing efforts.

Build relationships with top-producing agents to support their business goals.

Communicate the benefits of Coldwell Banker’s marketing tools and technology.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Exercise tact and diplomacy in all internal and external interactions.

QualificationsExperience in real estate brokerage or agency.

Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

Minimum Requirements8-10 years of multi-channel marketing experience in a medium/large professional services company, with at least 4 years in management/leadership roles.

Experience with social media, online, and traditional advertising.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
