Support Disney+ Growth Marketing in digital content creation, campaign coordination, and post-production workflows.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include

Supporting post-production workflows, ensuring seamless integration of visual and audio elements.
Creating basic motion graphics such as lower thirds, on-screen text, and emojis, utilizing pre-created templates and graphic assets.
Collaborating with marketing and creative leads to refine messaging and branding elements within video projects.
Supporting influencer liaison activities for onboarding, content creation, and relationship management.
Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams such as brand, legal, and strategy for campaign approvals and coordination.
Managing the collection, storage, and distribution of marketing assets, including images and videos, across multiple databases.
Coordinating asset deliveries and campaign launches with other Paid Media marketing teams.
Learning to track, monitor, and report on campaign performance against key KPIs across social channels.
Conducting market research to stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, After Effects, Photoshop).
Storytelling ability, with a sense of pacing, structure, and brand tone.
Experience working with social and digital marketing specifications, including different aspect ratios and platform-specific formats.
Technical proficiency in media ingest, color correction, keying, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Prior internship experience in film, social media, publicity, marketing, or related fields preferred.
Relevant coursework in Publicity, Advertising, Marketing, Film, and/or Communications preferred.
Knowledge and interest in Searchlight Pictures is a plus.
Senior year preferred.
Major or previous coursework in Communications, Marketing, International Business, Media, Film, Art, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields.
Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, or currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants may only work for one consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm PST for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Burbank, CA area.
Able to provide or have reliable transportation to/from work.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this role in California is $22 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
