Project: E-commerce Rebuild for Footwear Brand (B2C + B2B)

We are a French footwear brand currently running a single Shopify store that serves both B2C and B2B customers. This setup has created several operational issues including:

Confusion between pro and retail customers

Disorganized product catalog (4,000+ variants)

Frequent sync bugs with our ERP (Texas)

Poor SEO and UX

Inadequate B2B checkout process

We are looking for a skilled e-commerce developer or agency to quote us for two alternative solutions:

🔹 Option A – Dual Shopify Setup

Clean and debug existing Shopify B2C store (products, SEO, structure)

Create a separate Shopify B2B store using SparkLayer (PDF quotes, tiered pricing)

Sync inventory between both stores using Syncio

Optional: ERP Texas connection

💡 Must be familiar with SparkLayer, Syncio, and Shopify Plus B2B logic

🔹 Option B – Full Rebuild on WordPress + WooCommerce

Build two separate WooCommerce stores (B2C + B2B)

Use B2BKing or custom roles for pro access, quote generation, price groups

Full control on SEO, design (Elementor Pro), and scalable stock sync

Optional: Custom API for future ERP sync

💡 Must have strong experience in WooCommerce, Elementor, B2B setups and SEO
