We are a Canadian Distributor of Candy, Games, and Trending Items, and our fantastic team is growing! We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us.

You are a versatile and organized individual who can handle various responsibilities related to monitoring e-store orders, processing online orders, assisting customers, updating website content, managing inventory, invoicing and A/R.

Responsibilities

Monitor E-store Orders:
Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders in the ERP application.
Customer Support:
Assist customers with logon issues and provide excellent customer service.
Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, to address inquiries about products.
Website Management:
Update and maintain product listings on the website.
Create and manage website images and product content.
Maintain product web status based on inventory availability.
Email Campaigns:
Assist with the execution of email campaigns, including content design.
Work on creating engaging email campaigns to promote products.
Invoicing and Returns:
Generate invoices for shipped orders.
Manage customer returns and credits efficiently.
Account Receivables:
Handle customer credit card information and authorizations.
Manage accounts receivables in a timely manner.
Sales Support:
Act as a backup for the Sales Administrator position when needed.

Qualifications

Education in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or other graphic/image editors.
Customer service or retail experience is preferred.
General proficiency in Microsoft Office.
E-commerce software experience is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
