About Us The SEM Manager will focus on planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales pipeline. Responsibilities include managing PPC budgets, developing keyword strategies, creating compelling ad copy, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with teams to align strategies and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities Develop and execute SEM strategies including Paid Search, Display, and Video.

Collaborate with external agencies and international teams.

Optimize for organic search and ROI.

Conduct audience and keyword research.

Work with marketing and web teams to improve web conversion experiences.

Track KPIs like CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

Report to stakeholders and leadership.

Identify gaps and implement improvements.

Stay updated on SEM trends.

Coordinate with Marketing & Sales to enhance ad performance.

Qualifications 5+ years in Search Engine Marketing (SEO).

3+ years in planning and executing SEM strategies.

Proven SEM success.

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads; Google Ads certification preferred.

Experience with web analytics, marketing, and business development.

Experience with A/B testing.

Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent time management, collaboration, and communication skills.

Experience working with external agencies.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
