Here’s how it works

Clients go through my funnel → take a quiz → book an appointment
If they work with me as their lender (and one of my trusted Realtor partners), they receive credits and cash-back at closing
I’m licensed in both mortgage and real estate, and I have systems to refer out the Realtor side across the country
This isn’t theory — I already have the backend built: CRM, automation, quiz funnel, follow-up systems, and appointment booking

Now I need a **lead flow engine** to plug into the front of this.

📌 What You’ll Help Me With (At First)

**Traffic generation**: Paid ads (FB/IG/YT) with a focus on lead generation and CPL/CPA optimization
**Creative strategy**: Craft scroll-stopping hooks, headlines, and videos that actually convert on social
**Organic growth**: IG/FB content plan, comment baiting (“Comment HERO”), short-form video ideas, etc.
**Conversion strategy**: Recommend and help A/B test landing pages, quiz flows, CTAs
**Retargeting**: Set up and optimize follow-up campaigns to warm leads and appointment no-shows
**Email & SMS drip refinement**: Review and enhance what I’ve already built in GoHighLevel
**Analytics + Tracking**: Measure what matters and make smart decisions based on real-time performance

Targeting **Arizona** first — it’s my home base and I’m licensed here
The funnel is **already live** and functional (quiz funnel → calendar booking → autoresponder sequence)

The budget is **modest** to start but **scalable** — I’ll reinvest real estate commissions into paid traffic as we go
