As a growth marketing manager at Level20, you’ll lead go-to-market planning and performance strategies for new financial services products being brought to market. In this role, you’ll work closely with initiative teams to translate product roadmaps into actionable marketing strategies through campaign planning, media execution, and measurement across multiple channels. Acting as both a strategist and team leader, you’ll oversee a team of analysts, designers, writers, and media specialists to drive user acquisition and engagement. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we reach and convert customers through integrated, performance-driven marketing.

This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland OH (Office Location: 800 W Saint Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, Ohio 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home-days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).

Must-have qualifications

High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 9 years of experience in marketing and communications with experience in branding, content strategy, social media marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid media, marketing analytics, and optimization testing
Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing and communications with experience in branding, content strategy, social media marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid media, marketing analytics, and optimization testing

Preferred skills

Proven experience managing, developing, and mentoring a team of individual contributors (e.g. analysts, designers, media specialists)
Experience in media planning or performance marketing; Proven track record of translating go-to-market strategy into channel mix and investment decisions
Strong analytical skills with experience using acquisition metrics (e.g. CPA, CAC, ROAS) to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns
Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; Ability to shift between strategic planning and day-to-day execution
Background in pre-seed to series B startups or equivalent growth; Marketing experience supporting regulated products such as financial services or insurance

Compensation

$120,000 – 150,000/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
