The role

We are a startup hiring copywriting experts to support our growing team! Copywriters at B12 are key contributors to our success. Our copywriters use our website editor to create SEO-oriented website content for our customers, using drafts generated by our AI. After website launch, you will also write monthly SEO-focused blog posts. You will collaborate closely with our customer success team and design experts to help establish and enhance our customers’ online presence. As a copywriting expert, you will

Interpret customer briefs, working with small and medium-sized businesses such as cafés and real estate firms.

Use our website editor to develop information architecture, content strategy, and website copy (~1-4 hours per project).

Write monthly blog posts based on an SEO content calendar.

Perform keyword research and optimize on-page SEO for each client.

Participate in co-designing our delivery process, B12 Editor, and Orchestra workflow management tool.

You have the following qualities

Experience writing for professional services (lawyers, dentists, doctors, etc.).

Excellent written English skills.

3-5 years of copywriting experience with a portfolio of SEO website and blog content.

Knowledge of on-page SEO and keyword research.

Availability of 20 hours per week.

Ability to transform unstructured content into SEO-friendly messaging.

Some experience with web content management systems.

Willingness to learn our tools and processes.
