Support leasing and marketing for LV Collective's student housing near the University of Michigan.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include

Lead content creation for the property learning center and website.
Write and edit articles about the University of Michigan lifestyle.
Appear on camera to answer questions about student living.
Produce monthly email newsletters.
Assist with website updates, especially blog posts and landing pages.
Write, edit, and design resources for the Learning Center.
Assist in planning and directing photo and video shoots.
Work with the marketing and leasing team to recruit brand ambassadors.
Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.

About You

The ideal candidate will have

Enrollment at the University of Michigan, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
Residence in Ann Arbor, MI.
Experience with social media, email campaigns, or website management is preferable.
Strong grasp of social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
Access to a reliable computer and WiFi, with Microsoft Office; Canva Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite license provided.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Web savvy and skilled in internet research.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Fluent in English, with experience in AP style preferred.
Excellent oral and written business communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

This paid internship offers $15 per hour, running from August 2025 to December 2025, with the possibility to continue into the spring. The internship requires 15–25 hours per week.
