Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Ads Specialist to oversee and optimise Google, Pinterest and Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns. This role involves creating, managing, and fine-tuning campaigns to maximise ROI, collaborating with creative teams, and staying updated on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and create engaging ad copy.
Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance for maximum ROI.
Implement A/B testing and update strategies based on performance metrics.
Manage ad budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated limits.
Collaborate with teams to align and create overall marketing strategy.
Stay current with industry trends and platform updates.
Regularly communicate performance insights and strategies with clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager with digital marketing company.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Budget management and optimisation experience.
Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms is a plus.
