Performance Marketer + AI Video Creator for Digital Product Ads (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)

We're launching a digital affiliate business promoting products digital products across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

We're looking for a results-driven performance marketer who can:

✅ Create scroll-stopping video ads using AI tools (scripts provided) and display ads.

✅ Edit & optimize creatives to improve conversions

✅ Launch and manage campaigns across all major social platforms

✅ Track performance, test variants, and scale what works

✅ Deliver clear, weekly reports tied to ROI

✅ Produce 3–5 short-form video ads per product (15–60 sec)

10-20 display ads / week.

✅ Use AI tools like HeyGen, Veed, AdCreatives, ElevenLabs, Runway, Midjourney or similar AI tools to build creatives.

✅ Meta Ads Manager (FB/IG)

✅ YouTube Ads (Google Ads)

✅ TikTok Ads Manager

✅ Optimize for CTR, CVR, ROAS and other performance KPIs

✅ Implement retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalikes

✅ Help with landing page strategy if needed

hourly + a bonus will be offered based on success.
