We are seeking an outgoing and organized marketing/sales specialist to develop a new baseline of clients and potential project opportunities. This position plays a pivotal role in “regenerating” a client base for the next 20 years of an already established and entrenched small business construction company and supporting existing business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales/Business Development: Legwork and development of new sales leads and clients.
CRM Support: Help maintain client and project databases and track marketing activities.
Lead Generation: Drive revenue for the company by establishing relationships with key contacts and decision-makers who lead us to new bidding opportunities.

Qualifications

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
