Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Asociate who will play a key role in supporting marketing administration, business strategy, and campaign execution while also assisting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with business meetings, presentations, and data analysis to drive sales and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in consulting, IVD, medical devices, or healthcare marketing who are looking to gain strategic and operational experience in a high-growth industry.

Office Location: Torrance, California

Key Responsibilities

Support marketing campaign execution across digital, social, email, and paid advertising
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for content development.
Assist in managing marketing budgets, reporting on KPIs, and optimizing performance.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research in at-home diagnostic testing.
Assist in developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for e-commerce, distributors, and partnerships.
Support outreach to corporate wellness programs, telehealth providers, and employer groups.
Assist the COO with business meetings, presentations, and key strategic discussions.
Prepare data analysis reports, business insights, and competitive intelligence to support decision-making.
Develop marketing materials, white papers, and sales presentations for executive meetings.
Support business planning and growth strategies to drive sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in consulting, IVD, medical devices, healthcare marketing, or business strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing analytics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create reports, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Ability to work cross-functionally with executives and business teams.

Preferred

Experience in B2C e-commerce marketing or B2B medical sales/marketing.
Familiarity with FDA regulations and marketing compliance in healthcare.
