What You’ll Be Doing

We're hiring an experienced, technically literate sales rep to lead outbound efforts and close deals with hardware and building supply companies across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Identify qualified leads through cold outreach, referrals, and trade channels
Educate potential clients on how ToolSwift solves critical gaps in their digital sales infrastructure
Deliver tailored product demos that highlight ERP/POS integration, quoting, customer portals, and eCommerce catalog management
Navigate long-cycle B2B sales, building relationships with operations leaders, GMs, and IT teams
Collaborate with internal solution engineers on custom integration proposals
Drive revenue growth and contribute to go-to-market strategy

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

5+ years in SaaS/eCommerce sales, with strong technical acumen
Familiarity with the hardware/lumber/building materials industry
Experience selling into wholesalers, distributors, or multi-location retailers
Solid understanding of ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Epicor), POS systems, and B2B purchasing workflows
A consultative sales approach and ability to speak to operations, finance, and IT stakeholders
Comfortable with outbound, self-generated pipeline and closing mid-sized to enterprise deals

Nice to Have

Experience selling eCommerce or ERP solutions
Exposure to trade show marketing or reseller channel sales
Understanding of Canadian and US distribution markets
