Our dynamic and growing digital marketing agency, based in Brisbane, Australia, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our Director. This is a long-term opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for keeping a busy executive on track.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be a master of coordination and organisation. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the smooth operation of our agency and the success of our client campaigns.

This role requires a commitment of approximately three hours per day, Monday to Friday, aligned with Brisbane's working hours (AEST). We are looking for someone who can be available during three key windows throughout the day to ensure continuous support:

Morning Check-in: 1 hour between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM AEST
Midday Check-in: 1 hour around the middle of the day
Afternoon Wrap-up: 1 hour between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM AEST

There is some flexibility in this but something close to that most days is important.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Inbox Management and Communication: Proactively manage the Director's inbox, drafting professional emails, and ensuring timely responses to clients and team members.
Project Coordination: Utilise ClickUp to create, assign, and monitor tasks stemming from email requests and internal discussions, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Digital Marketing Support: Perform basic checks and retrieve essential information from digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads (e.g., pulling monthly spend reports, and locating invoices). Assist with updates to various SaaS products, including but not limited to updating Google Business Profiles.
Organisational Excellence: Act as the Director's right hand, providing reminders of important deadlines and follow-ups to maintain a high level of organisation and efficiency.
*WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:**
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably within a digital marketing or a similar fast-paced environment.
Impeccable written and spoken English.
A solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with project management tools, with a strong preference for ClickUp.
Demonstrable ability to navigate and extract basic information from digital marketing platforms like Google Ads.
Familiarity with a range of SaaS products commonly used in the marketing industry.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work independently with a high degree of proactivity.
