JOB DESCRIPTION

The E-commerce Quality Assurance Tester will collaborate with E-Commerce, IT and developers to ensure the quality and functionality of the current system as well as new system developments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with E-commerce, IT team members, and developers to gain in-depth knowledge of enhancements & changes to existing systems, and new developments.
Participate in planning sessions to define priorities for bug fixes and feature enhancements.
Design acceptance criteria, and User Acceptance Test Plan for bug fixes and feature enhancements.
Build test plans supporting project-based upgrades and coordinate the execution of the test plans.
Execute regression testing of KENT websites and connected systems, during sprint cycles.
Monitor systems, post deployment and report bugs and deficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education required: College diploma in IT related program.
A minimum of 2 years of related Ecommerce or IT experience.
Enjoy and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
The ability to shift between rapidly changing priorities.
Creative, highly organized, and self-motivated person.
Bilingual (English and French) would be an asset.
Experience with testing automation is considered an asset
