*Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar field of educational focus
3-5 years experience in a digital media and communications role or related field
Extensive experience using, monitoring, and reporting on social platforms
Experience in developing and executing successful and effective strategies
Superior communication skills, specifically writing in different media
Able to work proactively to complete all tasks and responsibilities
*Responsibilities**:
Create meaningful interactions with communities, customers, and staff on all digital channels
Drive all plans, programs, and initiatives that support our internal communications strategy
Develop strategies to promote our products, services, and events across all social platforms
Manage online reputation reports including consumer engagement and complaint resolution
Provide internal support to various departments with branded communications as requested
Manage all marketing communication projects ensuring they are rolled out in a timely manner
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of all digital promotions and activities such as online ads
Identify and recommend solutions to continually improve communications and engagement
Develop and review Brand Guidelines including our visual identities, personas, tone, and voice
