Job Description & Requirements

The Senior Director, Change Lead is a dynamic change champion supporting transformative initiatives that bring the Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) Transformation strategy to life.

Conduct stakeholder analysis to map influence, impact, and readiness.

Partner with Internal Communications to align a communication strategy as a component of the overall Change management strategy.

Partner with Talent & Culture teams to align education solutions, toolsets and frameworks as a component of the overall Change management strategy

Evaluate changes in performance metrics across various departments at Universal Orlando Resort.
