Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Tripshepherd and See Sight Tours are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across digital channels. This role is focused on driving measurable growth — bookings, users, and revenue — through testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimentation, creative testing, and accountability. You’ll work closely with our creative, CRO, and lifecycle teams to ensure paid traffic converts efficiently and scales sustainably.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • Manage budgets and pacing to maximize performance and efficiency
  • Continuously test audiences, creatives, formats, and messaging
  • Scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming ones

Performance Optimization & Testing

  • Own key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates
  • Design and run ongoing A/B tests across ads, audiences, and campaign structures
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Video teams to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Share insights and learnings with the Growth team to inform future strategy

Funnel & Conversion Collaboration

  • Work closely with the CRO Specialist to ensure paid traffic lands on optimized funnels
  • Provide feedback on landing pages, booking flows, and conversion issues
  • Support campaign-specific landing page and offer testing

Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor performance daily and provide clear reporting on results
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in paid performance
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta and Google
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning revenue-impacting KPIs
  • Experience working closely with creative teams and testing ad concepts
  • Ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and adapt based on results

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ecommerce, travel, or consumer brands
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools
  • Experience testing and scaling UGC-style creative
  • Understanding of conversion optimization principles
