- *Role Overview**
Our Sales & Marketing Specialist role will focus on developing and executing strategies to attract potential customers and convert leads into sales by building relationships, prospecting, qualifying and supporting Sales Executives in their ability to close more deals.
This role will support our national organic growth strategy for strata and condo management, with key decision-makers being Strata Councils, Condo Boards and Real Estate Developers.
This is a newly created position within the company, with the ability to build and influence processes and the opportunity to work closely across marketing, service Delivery and other departments to provide feedback, build processes, and elevate our sales success.
- *Responsibilities**
- Create targeted campaigns and manage customer interactions to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through market research and outreach efforts.
- Reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and present product/service information to qualify them for sales.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and use data to refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Keep the CRM database updated and encourage cross-team collaboration.
- Share detailed notes and collaborate with multiple teams to convert leads into happy customers.
- Create sales reports to evaluate performance
- Attend industry events, network and coordinate with sales at local marketing and customer events
- Task and Document Management: Create and manage tasks, reminders and schedules in Hubspot, proactively communicate potential timeline challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date documents to ensure version control, business continuity, and efficiency.
- Initiate qualification conversations & follow-ups, including proactively asking questions, seeking and embracing feedback and escalating roadblocks.
- *Qualifications**
- Experience in Strata/Condo is a huge bonus
- 2+ years experience in Sales, Marketing, or other client-facing roles
- Capable of understanding a prospect's pain points, requirements and correlating this with the value that Tribe can provide
- Project coordination and administration
- Proven experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SDR and lead development's best practices and procedures
- A strong interest in growing your career in the real estate industry
- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, real estate or a related field (an asset)

- Ability to proactively identify and address issues before escalation
