  • *Responsibilities**
  • *Digital Performance Marketing & Website Management**
  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies for enhanced traffic, engagement, and brand equity.
  • Lead SEO analysis and optimization, manage digital campaign expenditures within budgets.
  • Maintain up-to-date website content, including product listings and related assets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create and distribute content for campaigns and community engagement across various channels.
  • Lead the development and publication of new blog content, managing a content calendar for social media and blog execution.
  • Support the overall content strategy, providing insights on audience engagement and SEO, and contribute to ideation for content creation across digital channels.
  • *Digital Analytics**
  • Analyze digital advertising and content performance, optimizing against campaign goals.
  • Review web and social content for continuous improvement in engagement and SEO.
  • Deliver regular reports and insights to senior leaders and department members, communicating successes and future recommendations.
  • *Qualifications**
  • University Degree in Marketing or Business supplemented by 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in digital marketing.
  • 3 years experience in Web Management and eCommerce. Experience with Shopify is an asset.
  • 1-2 years experience in a technical or engineered consumer product environment an asset.

  • An experienced diver
  • Data-driven with a proven track record in fulfilling KPIs for B2B and B2C growth.
  • Analytical, adept at interpreting data and implementing optimizations for improved performance.
  • Seasoned in seasonal Consumer Products industry, skilled in cross-channel planning, execution, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Proficient in ad buying platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and managing paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Skilled in brand content management, including creation, implementation, and measurement across channels.
  • Excellent time management in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong written communication skills for web, social, and blog.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset, staying curious, continuously learning, and embracing challenges. - Proficient in software tools including MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
  • *Job Grade**

Career Band 2: Technical/ Functional Leadership $65-100k
