A global leader in fund services is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President, Client Transformation Program to lead onboarding, integrations, and strategic transformation initiatives.
Position Summary
In this role, you will oversee client integrations, major onboarding programs, and strategic transformation efforts across digital, operational, and regulatory functions. You will lead cross‑functional teams responsible for evolving the organization’s delivery model and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for complex fund structures.
Key Requirements
✔ 5-10 years' Private Equity (PE) & Real Assets (RA) experience
✔ Credit Fund Administration background
✔ Hands‑on experience with client onboarding within fund administration
✔ Strong Fund Accounting foundation and proven PMO / Program & Project Management experience.
✔ Experience leading multi‑stream programs and managing stakeholders at all levels
✔ Ability to drive operational and digital transformation initiatives
✔ Must be local to Dallas–Fort Worth
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding transformation initiatives
- Oversee integrations, conversions, and major client programs
- Manage cross‑functional program teams
- Develop transformation strategies and track milestones/KPIs
- Coordinate with senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Oversee program governance, reporting, and risk management
- Support sales efforts through RFP/RFI input and onboarding expertise

Pay: $150,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year
