Staff Data Scientist, Ads Experimentation

The Ads Data Science Team at Reddit is growing and we're looking for an experienced Staff Data Scientist. You'll partner with product managers, engineers and data scientists to up-level experimentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Elevate experimentation practice by creating processes, templates and tools.
• Lead experiment council that approves/guides designs for trustworthy results.
• Explore new experiment designs/techniques such as budget split experiments.
• Liaise with centralized experimentation team in building platform features.
