We’re looking for a **Digital Strategist** to join our dynamic team. This role is the backbone of our client digital programs — managing strategy, execution, and performance while ensuring clients are thrilled with the results.
- *What You’ll Do**
- *Strategy & Client Management**
- Develop tailored digital strategies for clients across industries, focusing on growth, visibility, and measurable ROI.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for digital clients, managing relationships and building trust.
- Conduct regular strategy sessions with clients, presenting updates, results, and forward-looking recommendations.
- Translate client objectives into actionable marketing plans that integrate social media, SEO, content, and creative assets.
- *Digital Marketing Execution**
- Oversee and contribute to day-to-day execution of digital campaigns — from social media calendars to blog posts, SEO tactics, and video concepts.
- Manage social media accounts (organic and paid) using platforms like **Loomly**; ensure content is timely, on-brand, and engaging.
- Develop and oversee SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategies, and link building.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and writers to create high-quality digital assets (graphics, videos, infographics, etc.).
- Monitor digital trends, platforms, and tools to ensure clients stay ahead of the curve.
- *Analytics & Performance**
- Use insights from **analytics platforms** (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to refine strategies.
- Build monthly and quarterly reports for clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns, reduce inefficiencies, and increase impact.
- *Team & Workflow Management**
- Collaborate with internal team members across departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Keep communication clear and organized through **Slack** and other agency tools.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members where needed.
- *What You Bring**
- **5+ years of experience** in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing digital campaigns across social, SEO, and content with measurable results.
- Strong background in **SEO, content marketing, social media management, and paid advertising**.
- Experience with **graphic design tools** (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar) and an eye for creative direction.
- Excellent knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media insights).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- A mix of **strategic thinking and hands-on execution** — you can lead big-picture campaigns while rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
