Online Sales and Digital Marketer

1. Responsible for the company's online sales business, including but not limited to: product promotion, customer service, follow-up orders, etc. through appropriate sales channels.

2. Responsible for formulating sales plans, achieving sales goals and performance.

3. Track market trends and sales trends and give timely feedback to the company, formulate corresponding sales strategies, and do a good job of market analysis and competitor analysis.

4. Need to actively cooperate with the company's sales training courses.

5. Regularly report to the superiors, accept and complete the tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of experience in related industries (Internet, sales, e-commerce, etc.);

2. Have rich experience in online sales, master the online sales process proficiently, and have good sales skills and communication skills;

3. Understand the operation process of e-commerce platforms, familiar with the sales operations of amazon and Etsy other platforms;

4. Possess certain market analysis and competitor analysis capabilities;

5. Can withstand certain pressure, be brave to challenge and pursue high performance, and have strong teamwork spirit and leadership ability;

6. Good at communication, have a good sense of service and company awareness, be able to express the company's values and ideas, and communicate effectively with customers;

7. Those with successful sales cases or experience are preferred.
