- *Position Summary**:
The Digital Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies within the software technology industry to strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and support customer engagement. This position involves hands-on work in campaign planning and execution, content creation, CRM management, marketing automation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams.
- *Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
- *Digital Campaign Execution & Strategy**
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Continuously update website content and marketing materials to reflect current offerings and messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
- *Marketing Automation & CRM Management**
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM (D365), including user roles, data integrity, and lead tracking.
- Implement and optimize Power Automate flows to streamline marketing processes.
- Support lead generation and nurturing efforts, ensuring smooth transitions from marketing to sales.
- *Content Creation & Data Visualization**
- Create compelling digital content for newsletters, blogs, presentations, and social media.
- Design and deliver data visualizations using tools like Power BI to support reporting and decision-making.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- *Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with sales, R&D, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Communicate project updates and campaign results clearly across departments.
- Participate in both in-person and virtual marketing events, including trade shows and field activities, and contribute to their planning, coordination, and execution.
- *Budget Management & Performance Reporting**
- Manage and track the marketing budget, ensuring accurate allocation and monitoring of expenses.
- Provide detailed budget usage reports and recommendations to optimize spend.
- Deliver analytics reports on marketing outcomes, measuring campaign performance and ROI.
- *Process Optimization & Documentation**
- Maintain and refine SOPs to support role transition and ensure process clarity.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across marketing workflows.
- Document marketing processes and tools to support onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Support general office administration, including event scheduling, document management, internal communications, and coordination of team activities.
- *Qualifications and Skills**:
- *Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- *Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably D365), marketing automation tools, and campaign analytics.
- Proven success in managing digital campaigns and creating engaging content.
- *Skills**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, SendGrid, and Power Automate.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Creative problem-solving and initiative in learning new platforms and technologies.

- CAD $44,000 - $52,000 base salary
