**Job Overview**
- *Responsibilities include**:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI and report findings to the leadership team.
- Develop quality content for various marketing channels, including posts, articles, photos, videos, and infographics using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative.
- Liaison with external resources, like Graphic design and printing.
- Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to acquire relevant and engaging content.
- Manage and update the company website to ensure content is current and engaging.
- Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns, including internal and external print publications, flyers, and events & tradeshows.
- Coordinate with external vendors and media partners to ensure timely delivery and placement of advertisements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of traditional media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee and/or execute the design, production, and distribution of branded merchandise and promotional items.
- Develop creative ideas and coordinate orders for new swag items that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor and report on marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, META.
- Ability and willingness to drive to completed projects to obtain marketing content (paid mileage).
- Other related duties.
- *Collaboration & Coordination**
- Back-up for office manager for IT troubleshooting when they are out of the office.
- Collaborate with IT vendors or internal support for complex issues.
- Assisting Sales team with sales presentations and other related sales material.
- Work closely with sales, HR, and operations teams to support internal communication and branding efforts.
- Help coordinate marketing aspects of trade shows, community events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Manage project timelines, content calendars, and internal requests for marketing materials.
- Other related duties.
- *Must Have’s**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital and social media.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Reliable transportation for travel.
- *Preferred**:
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, META, Canva).

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
