About Us

Canpump is a fast-growing company specializing in equipment and accessories for pressure washing, misting, and soft washing. We serve residential, commercial, and industrial markets with a wide range of high-performance products.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketplace Executive to help us grow our presence on Amazon and eBay.

We thrive in a collaborative, hands-on environment where team members are comfortable taking initiative and stepping outside their core responsibilities when needed. Experience in similar small-team settings is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon & eBay Marketplace Management (Canada & US):

  • Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, images, backend keywords, A+ content).
  • Manage Sponsored Ads campaigns (budgeting, ROAS optimization).
  • Maintain and enhance the Amazon Brand Store.
  • Handle customer service issues including returns, replacements, A-to-Z claims, and SAFE-T claims.
  • Set up and manage promotions (deals, coupons, business pricing).
  • Analyze FBA inventory and implement strategies to reduce aged stock.
  • Resolve Amazon policy violations and liaise with Amazon Seller Support as needed.

Product Listing & Content Coordination

  • Create and update product listings for both marketplaces (Amazon, eBay) and our online store (BigCommerce).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, product) to gather accurate product information.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Creative & Visual Content (Bonus but Valuable)

  • Collaborate with the design team to improve product images, infographics, videos, and A+ content.
  • Ability to contribute to or independently handle product photography, video creation, or graphic design is a strong asset.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Proven ability to work with unresponsive or inconsistent support teams (such as Amazon Seller Support). This role requires someone who can stay calm, communicate clearly, and persist through frustrating or unclear responses to get results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with eBay Seller Hub.
  • Experience with BigCommerce or similar platforms like Shopify.
  • Skills in photography, video editing, or graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for bulk uploads or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of pressure washers or related technical products.
  • Proficiency in French.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital marketing platforms is a strong asset.

  • **Usual working hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM**, Monday to Friday.
