Acuity Immigration Services Inc. is looking for a Digital Marketing & Administrative Assistant. The Job Responsibilities are:

  • *Responsibilities**:
  • 1 to 2 years of digital marketing and sales experience along with office administrative assistant experience.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot or similar).
  • Digital marketing knowledge and experience in key marketing solutions such as Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, and Content Creation.
  • Manage Facebook/ Instagram/ Twitter posts and groups.
  • Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, and brochures.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employers.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support research activities.
  • Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of business, and direct visitors to the employer or appropriate person.
  • Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Set up the Office at the start of the day.
  • Ethical with a high level of personal integrity and initiative.

Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

  • *Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
