You will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, from conception to execution and analysis, across various online channels. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other relevant channels. Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, social media content, and email newsletters. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers. Analyze campaign performance data, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Manage external agencies or freelancers as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and demonstrable results, is required. Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing is essential. Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM systems is highly desirable. Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills are critical for this role. Experience managing remote teams and working in a fully remote environment is a significant advantage.
