We’re a luxury MedSpa & Wellness brand seeking a creative, bilingual Social Media & Digital Marketing Director who understands how self-care, beauty, and wellness are marketed — in both English and Spanish.

This is a behind-the-scenes role focused on filming content, digital branding, website updates, sales materials, rebranding, and paid social advertising.

No personal on-camera presence required.

This role is ideal for someone who

Has experience filming and capturing media content (treatments, spaces, details, lifestyle shots)
Understands beauty, self-care, and wellness branding
Is bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
Has experience with website updates (Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)
Can create sales flyers, promos, and digital marketing assets
Has experience running Instagram & Facebook ads
Understands audience targeting and conversion
Is creative, energetic, organized, and detail-driven
Loves the beauty industry and wants to grow with one brand

Key Responsibilities

Film and capture high-quality media content in-house (behind the scenes, treatments, environment)
Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
Plan and execute organic and paid social campaigns
Run, monitor, and optimize social media ads
Update website content, landing pages, and promotions
Create sales flyers, promotional graphics, and digital assets
Support rebranding initiatives and brand consistency
Track performance metrics, engagement, and ad results
Maintain a cohesive luxury self-care brand voice in English and Spanish
