E-Commerce Fulfillment Manager

Your Day-to-Day as a Warehouse Manager

In this essential role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring products move smoothly from our vendors to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

Accurate Order Picking Management: Help the team carefully selecting products from our inventory to fulfill customer orders.
Receiving Management: Help the team receive goods and organize the warehouse
End of Day Procedures: Interact with Fedex and UPS to ensure successful daily pickups. Safely and securely close down the warehouse in the evening.
Heavy Lifting: Safely lifting up to 75 pounds (with repetitive lifting of 25 pounds).
Team Collaboration: Working closely with your teammates to maintain an efficient workflow and contribute to our positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

Physical Stamina: Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds (25 pounds repetitively) and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy when picking and packing orders.
Strong Leadership: Someone who leads by example and contributes positively to our fun, dedicated culture.
Flexibility: You may be asked to pack boxes, receive items, clean the warehouse, and other essential tasks
Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is a must for our team.
Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required — we're willing to train the right candidate!
