Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a LinkedIn-first content strategy aligned with the CEO's brand

Repurpose content for additional platforms and manage cross-channel consistency

Engage with the community and track analytics to optimize growth and strategy

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years in LinkedIn strategy, social media management, or personal branding

Proven experience in growing social accounts, especially LinkedIn

Exceptional short-form writing ability and skill in mimicking an executive's voice

Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm and analytics

Experience in legal marketing or B2B thought leadership is a plus
