About the Team
The UK Campaign Team plans and executes various mega campaigns in the UK market. Leveraging influencer collaborations, product promotions, and marketing activities, we drive overall GMV growth, merchant development, and user engagement in the UK market.
About the Role
The platform campaign manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of campaign strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills, a proven track record in campaign operations and management, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have established experience in strategy planning, project management, or related fields, with a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop and execute e-commerce platform-level campaign projects, including major shopping festivals (e.g. Black Friday), seasonal campaigns (e.g. Summer Sale) and other IP campaigns (e.g. Super Brand Day), responsible for platform-wide sales and ecosystem growth.
- Manage end to end campaign strategies including promotion & subsidy, seller & creator registration, content growth and resource integration, manage budget consumption and ROI efficiency.
- Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with account managers, creator managers, and all other cross functional teams (e.g. user research, PR, designers, product team, R&D team etc) for campaign implementation and optimization.
- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance.
- Budget Planning & Allocation, develop detailed campaign budget plans aligned with strategic goals, sales targets, and historical performance data. Monitor campaign OKRs to evaluate budget efficiency and optimise ROI.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business Administration.
- Work Experience: 2+ years in marketing strategy, e-commerce operations, or business analytics; prior experience at e-commerce platforms, consulting firms, or e-commerce service providers, with familiarity with UK e-commerce market trends and key campaign cycles.
- Core Competencies: Strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools; experience designing A/B tests and translating data into actionable strategies; ability to align tactics with long-term business goals and balance user experience, merchant interests, and platform KPIs.

- Soft Skills: Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities to coordinate resources across BD, Product, and Data teams and deliver projects on tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment.
