Overview

Zazamint is a new **luxury lifestyle brand** bringing premium mints and gum infused with high-quality xylitol to market. We are seeking a **dynamic, results-driven Brand, E-Commerce & Events Manager** to lead our digital presence, oversee our e-commerce launch, and execute high-profile events.

This role requires a balance of **hands-on execution** and **team leadership**: you’ll build and manage our online store, craft our brand identity, lead events, and help recruit, train, and manage additional talent or freelancers as we scale.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • *E-Commerce & Digital**
  • Build and manage our Shopify (or similar) online store.
  • Oversee product sourcing, vendor coordination, and fulfillment logistics.
  • Implement SEO, conversion optimization, and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Track analytics and KPIs, using data to refine strategies.
  • *Brand & Marketing**
  • Define and grow Zazamint’s luxury brand voice across social, web, and campaigns.
  • Manage social media strategy to build hype and engagement.
  • Coordinate production of premium branded content (photo, video, copy).
  • Plan and execute influencer, PR, and digital campaigns.
  • *Events & Experiences**
  • Plan and execute **prelaunch and promotional events** that reflect our luxury positioning.
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, and creative partners (photographers, videographers, DJs, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless guest experiences and capture content for digital amplification.
  • Handle budgets, contracts, and post-event reporting.
  • *Leadership & Team Building**
  • Identify skill gaps and hire, onboard, or train additional staff as needed.
  • Manage relationships with freelancers, agencies, and creative partners.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all outputs — whether in-house or outsourced.
  • Build scalable processes for marketing, events, and operations.
  • *Qualifications**:
  • Proven experience in **e-commerce management and digital marketing**.
  • Event planning and execution experience (luxury, lifestyle, or corporate).
  • Strong leadership skills — able to recruit, train, and manage staff or freelancers.
  • Skilled in Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO, and paid digital campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking ability.
  • Strong copywriting and content direction skills.
  • Bonus: design background (Adobe Creative Suite) or experience in luxury/lifestyle brands.
