**Job Overview**

- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and target audience.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
- *Experience**
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
- Strong skills in technical sales, negotiation, business development, and account management.
- Experience in outside sales is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
