E-commerce Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies and initiatives to drive online sales and customer engagement
• Optimize website content and product listings for search engine optimization (SEO)
• Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement conversion rate optimization strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience, including product management, design, and customer service
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and user experience
• *Skills**:
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tactics
• Experience with SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and WordPress for website customization and maintenance
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data using tools such as SQL
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
