  • *Responsibilities**
  • Deliver comprehensive lectures and practical demonstrations in Digital Marketing and Business Management to students pursuing industry careers.
  • Prepare, review, and update teaching materials in advance; provide technical support during classes as needed.
  • Administer quizzes, tests, in-class activities, and evaluations; additional time may be granted when required.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, professional standards, and academic expectations.
  • Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and support to students while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Evaluate student performance, grade assignments, and offer constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
  • Stay current with industry advancements and incorporate relevant updates into the curriculum.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, interdisciplinary projects, and contribute to the overall academic community.
  • Maintain professionalism and strong written and verbal communication skills with students and staff.
  • Collaborate closely with administrative staff and report to the Academic Director or Campus Director as needed.

  • *Requirements**:

Education

  • Degree from a recognized College or University in Digital Marketing & Business Management.
  • Teaching qualification from British Columbia (e.g., BC Provincial Instructor Diploma or equivalent) preferred.
  • **or**:
  • 10+ years of experience in the Digital Marketing & Business Management field.Experience
  • Prior teaching or training experience is an asset.
  • Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online teaching platforms.
  • *Skills & Competencies**:

In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing & Business Management, and industry best practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and mentor students.

Ability to create an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging learning environment.

Organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance teaching, student support, and administrative responsibilities.

  • *Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate
