Role Overview

This role is responsible for leading commercial execution across inside sales and marketing systems. You will align inside sales activity with digital marketing programs to drive recurring engineered sales and improve consistency, visibility, and follow-through across our sales channels.

You will guide a team of Inside Sales Engineers (ISEs), strengthen how customers engage with Dynamix, and ensure our engineered solutions are supported by effective marketing automation and sales processes. This is a leadership role focused on direction, structure, and execution—not administrative system management.

The objective: build predictable, repeatable revenue through disciplined sales execution supported by marketing and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Inside Sales Leadership

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for Inside Sales Engineers and application-focused sales resources
  • Strengthen collaboration between inside sales, outside sales, engineering, and manufacturing
  • Drive recurring revenue across OEM, distribution, and end-user channels
  • Establish expectations for response time, discovery quality, and clean handoffs to manufacturing
  • Lead regular pipeline reviews and enforce consistent opportunity standards

Sales & Marketing Systems Alignment

  • Own how leads move from marketing into sales and back through the funnel
  • Ensure follow-up, qualification, and documentation standards are consistently applied
  • Partner with marketing to shape inbound, outbound, and nurture programs that support sales execution
  • Improve visibility, accountability, and process discipline through CRM and automation tools

Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading or managing sales teams in an industrial, technical, or B2B environment
  • Proven ability to coach sales professionals and enforce structured cadences and accountability
  • Experience working alongside marketing teams and CRM-driven sales processes
  • Understanding of long-cycle, engineered or solutions-based selling
  • Experience working with rep and distribution channels
  • Clear communicator who builds processes—and ensures they are followed
