Job Summary

Agile Sourcing Partners is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Operations & Marketing Support Specialist to provide cross-functional support across Marketing, Operations, and Executive Administration. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and delivers high-quality work with minimal oversight. The position requires strong communication skills, exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and related Microsoft Office products and the ability to coordinate both internal and external activities with professionalism. Pay range for this position is $30.00 to $36.00 per hour.

Key Job Functions

Marketing & Communications

  • Manage company social media platforms, including content scheduling and engagement.
  • Coordinate external customer communications, including holiday messaging and swag orders.
  • Proofread, edit, and prepare marketing and customer-facing documents.
  • Support PowerPoint creation and editing for marketing, sales, and executive presentations.

Events & Travel

  • Coordinate conference registrations, travel, and on-site logistics.
  • Plan and execute internal and external company events.
  • Provide travel support for employees and executives as needed.

Operations & Systems Administration

  • Manage accurate and timely data entry into CRM systems.
  • Create and manage accounts within Customer portals.
  • Set up new projects in the NetSuite system.
  • Support supplier administration and compliance.
  • Handle administrative fleet tasks such as vehicle registrations.

Executive Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
  • Assist with calendar coordination, documentation preparation, and task follow-up.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated collaboration ability across multiple teams and departments.
  • Executive administration support experience desired.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Social Media marketing
  • Ability to work overtime on an as-needed basis.
  • Located in the Western United States (preferred).
  • Domestic travel up to 5%.
