Join our dynamic team as a Residential Sales representative where you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling residential properties. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.

*Salary:**

OTE - £60,000 - £100,000 Please note this is a commission only role, we are willing to provide a basic salary to the right candidate while they build up their pipeline.

*Responsibilities:**
Communicate effectively with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences
Showcase residential properties to prospective clients in a professional manner
Assist clients in the purchasing process by providing guidance and information on available properties
Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to ensure a successful transaction
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
*Qualifications:**
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Proficiency in administrative tasks such as maintaining records and managing documentation
