OTE - £60,000 - £100,000 Please note this is a commission only role, we are willing to provide a basic salary to the right candidate while they build up their pipeline.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Communicate effectively with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences
• Showcase residential properties to prospective clients in a professional manner
• Assist clients in the purchasing process by providing guidance and information on available properties
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to ensure a successful transaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
• *Qualifications:**
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as maintaining records and managing documentation
