*Digital Marketing/ Ads Manager - Luxury Resale**

Rome Station is a leading luxury resale boutique in Canada, specializing in investment-grade Hermès handbags. We cater to high-net-worth clients looking for rare to find pieces. We are seeking an experienced digital ads specialist to manage and optimize our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

*Responsibilities**:
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Optimize targeting, bidding, and audience segmentation for luxury buyers.
Implement retargeting strategies to convert high-intent visitors.
Analyze ad performance and provide monthly reports & insights.
Adjust campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, conversions, etc.).
Work closely with our team to align ad strategies with our existing content.
Stay updated on luxury resale and high-net-worth audience targeting trends.
*Qualifications**:
1+ year experience working at a marketing company.
2+ year experience in Google & Social Media Ads for luxury or fashion brands.
Strong understanding of custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
Experience with Google Shopping Ads is a plus.
Data-driven mindset with experience using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide actionable insights.
*Compensation**:
Freelance contract with competitive pay (rate to be discussed based on experience).
