Marketing Manager – Away from Home

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success to join our team. This person will play a role in supporting and growing our iconic Keurig brands in the out-of-home marketplace while driving adoption and expansion for the Keurig coffee solution. As a Marketing Manager for the Away from Home team, you will be responsible for leading and developing strategic marketing plans, activations and programing for the Hospitality, Convenience, and Distribution Channels.

You will work with internal stakeholders and industry leaders to develop channel specific strategies, launch innovation and solve complex customer needs while significantly impacting company success within these key channels.

What will you do:

Activation: Plan, brief, and execute best in class B2B & B2C marketing activations, campaigns, POP installations and planogramming for a vast portfolio of commercial equipment and beverage products with varied audiences.
Presentations: Build and deliver expert- level, compelling presentations that support the launch and adoption of commercial and branded products across Convenience, Hospitality, and Distribution channels.
Tradeshows & Events: Lead the planning and execution of major conferences and events, inclusive of agency management, booth design, marketing collateral, customer presentations, and product sampling.
Budgeting: Track and manage initiatives against a budget and timeline.
Insights & Analytics: Leverage customer, category and channel insights to grow Keurig branded share and achieve business objectives. Demonstrate a challenger mindset through program/campaign analytics always striving ROI and improvement
Collaboration: Build and foster effective and productive internal and external relationships with sales, commercial, brand teams, R&D, RGM

Total Rewards:

Salary Range: $97,000 - $118,000
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:

What you must have:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required, Minimum 5 years Marketing Experience
Prefer experience in Fortune 500 company, or in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Beverage, Small Appliance or related industries. Trade Marketing, B2B Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Customer Marketing experience preferred
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and your customers. 
Highly creative, self-motivated and detail-oriented. Comfortable with a fast-paced and changing environment
Creative Storytelling, strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities. 
Travel: Domestic, up to 25%
Note: This role is based in Burlington, MA.  Work schedule is Hybrid, with 3 days (T/Wed/Thu) in the office and 2 at home.
